Set up the Gong integration

Use this guide to generate the Gong API credentials Ploy needs to connect to your Gong workspace.

Create an API key in Gong

1. Sign in to Gong.

2. Open the Admin Center.

3. Under Ecosystem, select API.

4. Click Get API Key to create a new key.

Copy your credentials

After Gong creates the key, copy these values and store them somewhere secure:

• Access Key

• Secret Key

• Base URL

Add the credentials to Ploy

In Ploy, open the Gong integration setup and enter the Access Key, Secret Key, and Base URL from Gong.
