Personio
Use the Personio integration to sync employee data into Ploy for identity and access workflows.
In Personio, go to Marketplace and create a new custom integration.
Grant access to Employees.Read.
For Readable employee attributes, we recommend selecting All so Ploy can access both standard and custom fields.
If you prefer to limit access, the minimum required attributes are Email, First name, Last name, Department, Position, Hire date, Termination date, Status, Supervisor, Profile picture, Subcompany, Team, Employment type, Last working day, and Office.
If you plan to use custom field mappings in Ploy, such as User Type or First name (preferred), you must also grant access to those specific attributes in Personio. Ploy can only read fields that are whitelisted on the API credential. If a field is missing from Ploy’s setup options, check that it is enabled under Readable employee attributes in Personio.
After you save the integration in Personio, return to Ploy and finish the setup with your API credentials.
