Salesforce

Follow the steps below to connect your Salesforce account to Ploy.

Use a Salesforce admin account when you authenticate. You will also need your Salesforce subdomain, such as company from company.my.salesforce.com.

  1. Go to Ploy’s integrations page: https://app.joinploy.com/integrations

  2. Click Add on the Salesforce integration.

  3. Enter your Salesforce Subdomain.

    1. This is the first part of your Salesforce URL, before .my.salesforce.com.

  4. Click Grant Ploy access to your Salesforce instance.

  5. Complete the Salesforce sign-in flow with your admin account and approve access.

  6. Name the connection something clear, such as Ploy Salesforce Integration.

  7. Click Test.

  8. Click Save.
