How long can someone have access for?

Access Logic

This is where you set the logic for who should be allowed access.

Tips:

• If no conditions are required, simply add the Action of your choice

• If conditions are required, be sure to add an ‘Action’ below each condition

• You can add as many AND/OR conditions (and corresponding actions) as you like

Provisioning

Once someone is approved access, Ploy will always attempt to automatically provision access for the user. However, if we are unable to do so (e.g. if we don’t have a direct integration or it an app doesn’t allow for SCIM), then we will assign a Manual Task as a fallback.

Assignment Configuration

Assignment Configuration allows you to configure who you want manual tasks sent to. They can then be applied to the following two use cases:

• Access Requiring Approval

• Manual Provisioning Task
