  1. In your Ploy account, click on Ploy → Integrations in the bottom left-hand corner.

  2. Select Add new integration → Personio

  3. Log in to Personio → Settings → Integrations → API Credentials

  4. Create a new custom integration and grant access to Employees.Read

  5. Select the following specific employee attributes:

  • Email

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Department

  • Position

  • Hire date

  • Termination date

  • Status

  • Supervisor

  • Profile picture

  • Subcompany

  • Team

  • Employment type

  • Last working day

  • Office

  1. Hit Create Integration

  2. Copy the Client ID and paste it into the Ploy integration setup page.

  3. Copy the Client Secret and paste it into the Ploy integration setup page.

  4. Follow the rest of the setup within Ploy
