HiBob

  1. In your Ploy account, click on 'Integrations' in the left-hand pane.

  2. Click on 'Configure' under HiBob and follow the instructions. There is a link to the HiBob documentation at the top which will be helpful to follow.

    1. Note: The username in Ploy should be populated by the Service user ID field in HiBob

    2. Note II: Make sure that the service account is created by an Admin user with all the necessary perms!

  3. Within HiBob, grant Ploy the following permissions:

  1. Within HiBob, ensure Ploy has access to ‘Everyone’.
