Aircall

Connect Aircall to Ploy to manage user access and sync call center team data.

Prerequisites

  • An Aircall account with admin access

  • Access to the Aircall Dashboard

Generate API Credentials in Aircall

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard

  2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon in the left sidebar)

  3. Scroll down to the API Keys section

  4. Click Add a new API key

  5. Give the key a descriptive name (e.g. "Ploy Integration")

  6. Aircall will generate two values:

    • API ID — your public identifier

    • API Token — your secret key

The API Token is only displayed once when you create the key. Copy it immediately and store it securely. If you lose it, you'll need to create a new API key.

Connect in Ploy

  1. In Ploy, go to Integrations and click Add Integration

  2. Select Aircall

  3. Enter your API ID in the first field

  4. Enter your API Token in the second field

  5. Click Test Connection to verify the credentials work

  6. Click Save to complete the setup

Troubleshooting

  • "Invalid API credentials" — Double-check you've entered the API ID and API Token in the correct fields. The API ID is the shorter public value, the API Token is the longer secret.

  • "Failed to connect" — Ensure your Aircall account is active and the API key hasn't been revoked. You can check active keys in Aircall Settings > API Keys.
