HubSpot

Connect HubSpot to Ploy to automatically sync user data and manage access to your CRM and marketing platform.

Before you begin: You must be a Super Admin in your HubSpot account.

Connect HubSpot to Ploy

  1. In Ploy, navigate to Integrations and select HubSpot

  2. Click Connect to HubSpot

  3. You'll be redirected to HubSpot - sign in if prompted and authorize Ploy to access your account

  4. You'll be redirected back to Ploy - the integration is now connected

Ploy will automatically begin scanning your HubSpot users and roles.

What Ploy syncs

Once connected, Ploy scans:

  • User directory and identities

  • Roles and permissions

  • Access patterns for governance
