Siit
Connect Siit to Ploy to automatically scan users and enforce identity governance across your service desk platform.
Before you begin: You'll need account owner or admin permissions in Siit with "Public API" access enabled.
Generate a Siit API key
Log in to your Siit account.
Go to Settings > Connections.
Generate a Personal API key.
Copy the key — you'll need it in the next step.
Only account owners and admins with "Public API" permissions can create API keys.
Connect Siit to Ploy
In Ploy, navigate to Integrations.
Find and select Siit from the catalog.
Paste your Siit API key.
Click Connect.
Ploy will test the connection and begin scanning your Siit users. The initial sync may take a few minutes depending on your user count.

Once connected, Ploy scans:
User directory and identities
Access patterns and app signals
Service desk resources for Shadow IT detection
Troubleshooting
Invalid API key: Verify you copied the full key from Siit Settings > Connections.
Insufficient permissions: Confirm your account has "Public API" permissions enabled. Contact your Siit admin if needed.
Connection failed: Check that your API key hasn't been revoked and that you have read access to the user directory.
